IDK adds new HDBaseT Distribution Amplifiers and Extenders lineup

Kanagawa, Japan (December 2, 2019) – IDK is pleased to announce the immediate availability of the HDC-UHD series of HDBaseT extender with distribution amplifier, featuring 4K@60 and HDCP compliant.
The selected input signals can be distributed to HDMI and HDBaseT simultaneously. The latest HDC models have the versatility to be the extender for classrooms, meeting rooms, presentation rooms, signage, surveillance, and other AV systems.
“HDBaseT, signal extension technology, has now become a de facto standard for extension resolution in pro AV system,” said Madoka Chida, product manager at IDK. “The early HDC models already employed HDBaseT technology and had been chosen in educational and corporate markets. We designed the new HDC series to be much more user-friendly and convenient.”
The HDC–UHD series can transmit LAN/RS-232C control signals for peripheral device control and system equipment management. Therefore, it simplifies the system. The new series also features Daisy chain for extending and distributing video, audio, and control signals. In addition, digital audio signals can be de-embedded onto the analog output signals.
